Having the opportunity to work with Tim Walker of Dreambuilder Custom Homes on this project was everything we hoped it would be.  The ‘Koderra’ house is truly unique in it’s casual and contemporary Northwest style.  Our goal was to create an outdoor space that would compliment this home’s amazing style and feel... Usable, livable, and beautiful! The landscaping features a 3-hole putting green, Organic Garden, Waterfalls, Pathways, low voltage lighting, and lush plantings.
